Oh, don’t get me wrong, they’re not bad at all, except for the fact that they are located quite a long distance from where I live (which is of no fault of theirs, I suppose). The reason I rented from them is because of the affordability of their rent. They offer the most reasonable price in my area (even if it is not that close). The upkeep of the units and their security is at par with the others that are considerably more expensive. I don’t see much of their staff since I carry and stock my own boxes. They keep me up-to-date with my bills. Of course, the more expensive self storage companies (which are my top 3) have more hi-tech surveillance cameras, computers, and the like. We found a space that was cheap but unfortunately so much smaller. Our boss was convinced that the business would be on its feet again very soon, so he decided to keep all of the equipments and office supplies instead of getting rid of them all together.
